Mackworth Island Engagement
Connor and Deanna’s engagement shoot reminded me of why I love my job. I get to meet some of the most amazing people and then capture a special moment in their lives. Even while the plan was for a sunset shoot, the weather gave us heavy fog instead. But they were still positive and made the most out of the evening, with or without a sunset. These two were just so much fun to photograph, most of the time I was trying not to laugh at them while they made silly faces and owned their “awkwardness” (they weren’t awkward though, just incredibly adorable). After listening to them talk about some of their interests such as hiking and their pup, as well as the details of their wedding, I was so thankful that I had the opportunity to meet them. I couldn’t be more excited to document their special day. Congratulations Connor and Deanna!
