I’m Alicia. I’m a photographer, content producer, and outdoor-enthusiast living adventurously in New England. I love to document people and places with the purpose of empowering others to find beauty and meaning in life. Inspired by travel and adventure, my enthusiasm for the outdoors has contributed to much of my success. My favorite and most rewarding work comes from capturing raw moments throughout my hiking trips and adventures.

In addition to photography, I spend a lot of time in merchandising and design where I get to feed my creativity. Some previous work included retail product displays as well as marketing content and brand guides. I studied digital media and psychology before pursuing an interest in marketing. In short, I’m a creative soul with an analytical mind.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside with my camera in hand, exploring new places with my husband and my dog. My husband and I have been married since 2010 and we adopted the sassiest and cutest Australian Cattle dog (named Roo) a few years after. We’ve lived in New England our entire lives and love it, although we are not opposed to new adventures. I’ve had to scale back on some extreme endeavors due to a car accident that resulted in major spinal surgery (read more about here), but I’m determined to explore as much as possible even if it takes me longer. If you see me somewhere in your travels, stop and say hi!

the Dream

When I was a little girl, I remember finding a National Geographic magazine in a waiting room one day and flipping through the pages with absolute wonder. Those pictures told a story of places I never knew existed and cultures I’ve never heard of. It exposed the raw emotion and lifestyle behind the photo and captivated the readers. This became my dream. I want to inspire others through pictures to be adventurous and find enjoyment in little things no matter what season of life they are in.

Enthusiasm is one of the most powerful engines of success. When you do a thing, do it with all your might. Put your whole soul into it. Stamp it with your own personality. Be active, be energetic, be enthusiastic and faithful, and you will accomplish your object. Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
